Utah has experienced tremendous economic growth, and Northern Utah should continue to share in that success. Our region has a talented workforce, strong communities, and tremendous opportunities for businesses looking to invest and grow.

Good economic development is about more than simply adding jobs. We should be focused on attracting and growing industries that provide high-paying careers, strengthening the businesses already here, and making sure our workforce has the skills employers need. We also need to make responsible investments in the infrastructure and education that allow our economy to grow without sacrificing the quality of life our residents value.

As your senator, I will continue working to make Northern Utah a place where businesses can succeed and families can prosper. I want our children and grandchildren to have the option to build successful careers, raise their families, and create their own futures right here at home.
